PRAMU Bowspring yoga

I love the room, it is very spacious, bright and well decorated. The changing rooms are large and comfortable. Everything is very clean. There are a variety of schedules. The teachers are excellent, especially Juan Ramón and Gabriela. The best are the bowspring classes. It is a method that works with an alignment that respects the natural curves of the body, they are sequences of conscious movements that involve the entire organism through the myofascial tissue. Classes end with some very valuable moments of assimilation. Personally, it helps me experience the space within my skin and around me from a new point of view.

It had been a while since I went to bow classes, because I was away for a while, I came back a few days ago, and I was late in going to bow class because I was organizing myself, but when I came back, I said oops because I didn't come faster. You leave very happy, the energy with which you entered changes, you leave lighter, and it seems as if you had not moved much, but you really stretched your entire body at the same time, without realizing that it was longer than you thought. I recommend it 100%, plus, I went to a group for people who are not so advanced or have joint pain, and it is sweet and a pleasure for your body. I have known him since the center started and I have seen how people get hooked, how their bodies change, and above all I know the good atmosphere that exists, of friendship, of peace, of sympathy, in short, Pramu Bow are a family among those who who teach and those who receive the class. A magical place where I find serenity, freedom, with a great professional and close team. With the practice of Bowspring I feel open physically, in continuous expansion, lighter, more flexible, with energy and I also feel open emotionally, with more courage and freed from fears that were compressing me.
